Dear Friend in Christ:
Here is today’s ‘Thank You Thursday’ note:
‘There is a NEED for a SEED.’
My friend, plant a ‘seed’ of love everyday and you will see how it blossoms your life -
Your needs WILL be automatically fulfilled.
God knows our needs, and He has committed Himself to meeting every one of them.
Just as He uses you to help others, He WILL send others to help you. Therefore,
we have a responsibility to trust Him, be patient, and do our part. Then we
leave it to the Lord to move heaven and earth to give us what we require. In
return, let us THANK Him!!!
Please do not forget to send us your prayer intentions and updates. We would
love to hear about the good things that God has been doing in your life.
Have a THANKFUL Thursday and may God bless you and your loved ones.

Dear Friend in Christ:
Here is today’s ‘Thank you Thursday’ note:
Low self esteem is never what God intends for His children.
Feelings of inferiority are a hindrance to becoming the person God
ordained you to be in order to fulfill His purpose.
To move away from this state, we need to understand how God sees us.
Then, when feelings of inferiority come, we can cling to His accurate vision of us rather
than our own faulty one.
Always remember that you are “fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14)
Will you accept His Truth or instead rely on our own feelings. Which will you choose?
Today, take the time to THANK Him that He made you special.
Please do not forget to submit your prayer request.
Have a Thankful Thursday and may God bless you.

Dear Friend in Christ:
Here is today’s ‘Thank You Thursday’ note:
As social beings we will always be challenged to live with people who may make our lives difficult.
At times they will affect us in a negative way, by the choices they make resulting in a distant or strained relationship.
Demonstrating Godly love through our words, prayers, and positive emotions can result in the
strengthening of these relationships, as we are called to “love our neighbors as ourselves.”
Let us THANK God that He understands our situation and will never distant
Himself from us in spite of our many failures. Today, let us draw closer to
Him and experience His love and commitment to us so that we in turn may be able to express the same to others.
Are there any such persons for whom you would like us to pray? Please send us the names.
Have a THANKFUL Thursday and may God bless you and your family!
22 April 2010
Dear Friend in Christ,
Here is today’s THANK YOU THURSDAY thought:
Have you ever noticed how we spend so much time just solving problems, putting out one fire after the other?
What if we were to change this outlook, slow down and focus instead
on the many joys in our life, no matter how small they may be?
Yes, we have the power to live from grace to grace, rather than from problem to problem.
Let us thank God for the simple ways in which He walks with us each day.
Please send us your prayers.
Have a thankful Thursday and may God bless you richly.
Love and many, many blessings,

Dear Friend in Christ:
Here is today’s Thank You Thursday Note:
God wants us to take care of ourselves so that we can take care of others.
“It is lack of love for ourselves that inhibits our compassion toward others.
If we make friends with ourselves, then there is no obstacle to opening our hearts and minds to others.”
Today, let us THANK HIM for the LOVE with which He has loved us.
As usual, we welcome you prayer intentions.
Have a THANKFUL Thursday and may God bless you.

Dear Friend in Christ,
Here’s a thought we would like you to meditate on for today’s
‘THANK YOU THURSDAY’ and or over the Easter weekend:
In spite of our weaknesses Jesus’ final prayer was about us.
His final pain was for us. His final passion was for us. Before He went to the cross,
Jesus went to the garden. And when He spoke with His Father, we were in His prayers… …
On the eve of the cross, Jesus made His decision.
He would rather suffer and die on earth for us than to go to heaven without us.
Let us NOT LOOK for Happiness in this Holy Week,
but BRING happiness to others as we THANK the good Lord for giving us His full attention!!
Have a THANKFUL Thursday and a Holy and Prayerful Easter Season.

Dear Friend in Christ:
Here is today’s Thank You Thursday Note:
Many times God gives us what we WANT to encourage us to pray for what we NEED.
It may be good to make a list of your WANTS and your NEEDS.
Concentrate your prayer on just the things you NEED and you would be surprised to see how your
WANTS become insignificant.
Let us make it a habit to ALWAYS THANK God for everything He gives us – whether it is what we
WANT or NEED.
Have a THANKFUL THURSDAY and please do not forget to send us your prayer requests.

Dear Friend in Christ:
Here is today’s “Thank You Thursday” note:
Sometimes we feel that without certain things or people we cannot be happy.
We make scarcity an excuse for despair. These attachments are sometimes the source of despair
or unhappiness because we justify gloom and doom on the basis of what or who is missing.........
we experience ”ecstasy when we attain an object; anxiety over losing it; and despair when it is lost!”
Not so, not so.........Call on God’s name when this thirst for things or people comes about
and you will see the difference. Sometimes our attachments define who we are and what we are aiming for.
Today, let us THANK GOD that He provides an alternative for our vain attachment.

Dear Friend in Christ:
Here is today’s Thank You Thursday thought:
Think about the last time you saw a Bible. What was your reaction? Did you finger the pages with awe,
or did you pass it by with barely a glance? Next time you open this precious book, read the words,
savor their meaning. God will reveal to your mind passages that will encourage, challenge,
or convict you as needed…try it! As an example, Luke 11:23 –
“Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me, scatters”
Let us thank God that that He is always ready to help us to apply His Word to our life.
The prayer requests poured in last Thursday like never before.
We look forward to receiving even more during the next couple of days.
Have a THANKFUL Thursday and may God richly bless you and your intentions.

Dear Friend in Christ:
Here is today’s Thank You Thursday note:
Why do you worry when you can go to God EVEN if you are mired in sin?
Please do not allow yourselves to be enslaved by your worry which is merely a
distraction from the ONLY option we have – God. Go to Him in your language.
Let us thank Him that He empowers us to combat the many challenges that sometimes make it difficult to obey
His Word – if we only depend on our own strength.
Have a Thankful Thursday and may God bless you. Please do not forget to send us your prayer intentions.
25 February 2010
Dear Friend in Christ:
Here is today’s ‘Thank You Thursday’ thought:
It is important that we refrain from procrastinating tasks. No matter how small a task it is,
FINISH IT NOW!..... and no matter how large START IT NOW!
This habit of delay may prevent us from reaching our full potential in life which may result in us only giving
God and others mediocrity. My friend, God deserves our full potential...
let us THANK Him that He NEVER delays our blessings…now, why would we want to delay giving
of ourselves to others in our best possible state?
We would love to pray with you this Lenten Season. Please send us your prayer intentions.
18 February 2010
Dear Friend in Christ:
Here is today’s ‘Thank You Thursday’ note:
Let us NEVER allow ourselves to become attached to the things of this world.
In our daily living, we will find that the more we attach ourselves to others or things, is the less we enjoy them…..
but the more we attach ourselves to God, is the more we enjoy Him and our possessions.
Today, let us THANK God that He remains the only Source of our happiness and fulfillment.
We would love to pray with you this Lenten Season. Please do not forget to send us your prayer intentions.
Have a THANKFUL Thursday and may God richly bless you and your loved ones.
28 January 2010
Dear Friend in Christ,
We love sharing our ‘THANK YOU THURSDAY’ thoughts with you. Below is our thought for today:
Courtesy should be a continuous action, not something to be turned on and off
like a faucet and remember the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.
Have you gone out of your way to serve someone today? Have you THANKED God for doing so?
We welcome your prayer intentions.
May God bless you and we wish you a wonderful ‘Thank you Thursday!’
21 January 2010
Dear Friend in Christ:
Today is the day we have been waiting for…Thank You Thursday! Here’s the thought:
God loves us unconditionally!
In our trials He WILL figure out a way, even if it means getting in OUR way……
this we have seen in the smallest of miracles being experienced by our
Haitian brothers and sisters, in a seemingly difficult time.
Simply put – in your own personal earthquake, invite God in –
HE WILL be your “refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble.” (Psalm 46:1)
Today, let us THANK God for ALWAYS being there for us.
14 January 2010
Dear Friend in Christ:
We are thinking about our brothers and sisters in Haiti. Please join us in praying for them.
JUST IMAGINE HOW GOOD GOD HAS BEEN TO US IN THE PAST YEAR –
ALL OF US, NO MATTER WHERE WE LIVE!!!! Look at Haiti!!
We have EVERY REASON TO GET ON OUR KNEES AND THANK
GOD FOR ALL HIS BLESSINGS AND SEE HOW WE CAN HELP OUR
BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN THAT POOR NATION.
We CAN face our past without regret, handle our present with confidence
and prepare for the future without fear. Can we set aside this
YEAR just to THANK GOD for his goodness to us?
Will love some feedback from you out there!. And ideas on how we can put this in action
Have a thankful Thursday and may the Lord bless you abundantly!
7 January 2010
Dear Friend in Christ
Do you ever wakeup feeling weary with no logical explanation.
One source of our constant weariness could be the pursuit of things that can never satisfy;
but tell me, which one of us has not been caught up in that pursuit at some time in our life?
Our passions, possessions and pride – these are all dead things.
When we try to get life out of dead things the result is only weariness and dissatisfaction.
HE GIVES US FRESH BREAD (GRACE) EVERYDAY……GO TO HIM EVERY DAY……..
Today, let us THANK Him for this guarantee.
