St John’s Youth Centre
St John’s Youth Centre is open to young people aged 10-14 every Tuesday evening from 7.00pm - 9.00pm in the Fr. George Haines Centre. It aims to provide a safe place for young people to meet and become involved in leisure time activities, supported by five youth workers. Activities include table tennis, pool, arts and crafts as well as organised trips. If you are aged between 10 and 14, please drop by on a Tuesday evening to find out more. Adults can be involved too. If you would like to support the management committee which meets on the first Tuesday of each month to help with fund raising and setting the direction of the Youth Centre, or if you would like to volunteer to assist the Youth Team on a Tuesday evening, please contact Aideen O'Halloran, Chair on 07776 161604 or |
